Bundanoon

Traditionally famous for its proximity to the Morton National Park and gullies, Bundanoon has recently become world famous for becoming bottled water free.

Free water coolers are located throughout the town, very handy considering its current popularity as a centre for cycling and bushwalking.

People flock to The Highland Gathering - Brigadoon, Cycling events, the Makers Market and more. Mostly though it's a great place to connect and relax in the country away from the stresses of the city.

Bundanoon Village is about 750m from Highball House. There's a Bottle Shop, Newsagency, Chemist, Hairdressers, Doctors Surgery, Butcher, Bakery, Convenience store, Antique and Collectables, Gift Shops and Galleries. There's also Italian, Chinese, Thai and Continental Restaurants, Coffee shops and of course, the Pub.

Hop on your bike and explore more.

Three great, local, cool climate vineyards are within cycling distance on back roads - St Maur, Sally's Corner and Dawning Day Farms. Go a little further down the road to Sutton Forest Wines and you can get an incredible al fresco antipasto lunch as well.

Just down the road, there's even a Buddhist temple which is well worth a visit.

The community sports and recreation area a short distance away has a bowling and croquet club, tennis courts, swimming pool, sports oval, skate park and large playground.
